Imodium (loperamide): typically doctors do not use Imodium (loperamide) for diarrhea for most people, your body is trying get rid of something, no reason to hold it in. The important thing to do with diarrhea is stay hydrated especially if pregnant too. Call your OB for instructions regarding your case.
