A member asked:

I had 3 swallon nodes in my neck for 6 weeks then 2 have shrunk to normal and there is one left, i have been told by my oncologist that it is almost certain that it is galanjala fever does this sound correct?

Probably: Lymph nodes that appear in the neck are most often inflammatory or represent a metastatic process to neck. At times there is primary lymph node pathology such as lymphoma. When 2 or the 3 nodes resolve the 3rd is on its way and by definition is inflammatory in nature --one might say a form of glandular fever.
