Bad combination.: Mixing alcohol with any mood or mind altering medication is a bad idea. People on medications for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder or any other mental illness should not drink alcohol.

It may: Alc ohol may induce enzymes in the liver that will inactivate some medications faster diminishing their effectiveness
