Needs to be checked: You have fever and vomiting with chunks.And you had pain in the ribs before vomiting.We don't know how high your temperature is.You might be having a Viral Infection or Gastritis.Or some other condition coocking which is making you sick I suggest you consult your Doctor and get checked.Minimum chunks in the vomit may be undigested food you ate
