Add High Fiber...: 20 y/o Male with constipation, can "only push out mucus I'm able to pass gas but it's significant struggle" Need food & lifestyle changes that will regulate Bowel Movement. First do OTC Laxatives or Enemas; then, To daily diet, add High Fibers like Bran/ prune/apple; Drink more water (warm preferred). Avoid precooked foods & dairy. Eat Fresh. Add Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics where possible
