Lower premolar and surrounding gums pain. nothing shows on x-ray. no pain when biting, no cavities. it's shocking painful when i slide my tongue on it?

Periodontal Health: Good day; Sounds like gingival tissue may be inflamed. Upon brushing and flossing is the gingival tissue tender? Is there bleeding? When performing home care how comfortable are you? Hard to give you more informative answer-- have DDS or hygienist revisit tender gums!
