I get a painful pea size bump in armpit whenever i use antiperspirant?

Residue ...?: 37 y/o male says I get pea size bump in armpit whenever I use antiperspirant? Depending on type of antiperspirant, sometimes residue like talc cause superficial Foreign Body reaction or accumulate in the sweat glands or hair follicles as bumps. Sometimes itchy/ painful/or indolent. Might be helpful to have MD take a look to be sure they are not skin infections like folliculitis/ impetigo or more
