Sounds fine: Haven't heard of any significant harmful effects from doing that. The facial skin of a normal healthy person usually heals up popped acne spots pretty quickly.

Dirt: Think of makeup as dirt, or soil. If some got into a scrape, a scratch or a cut, you'd wash it out. It should hurt neither you nor your baby.
