Not uncommon: The best answer I can give you to this significant and sometimes complicated cause is to consult with an OB/GYN preferably at a university setting. Ten years is way too much time to suffer PMS when there is treatment that was not available 10 years ago. But be patient. There is no "magic bullet" to immediately find the cause of your PMS and do something about it.

PreMenstual Syndrome: I feel your distress of 10 years and worsening symptoms since last month. “This month has been significantly worse than usual”- Reflect stresses during this time including relationship turmoil or less Vitamin B6, Calcium and Magnesium in diet.
