Developed a strange mark on my calf, i can only describe how it looks as a red blister, most of the area turns yellow when pressure is applied?

Infection: You should visit a doctor. If the area is large, it could be a furuncle or carbuncle. Yellowness with pressure may indicate a buildup of infection that needs to be drained and kept open with a wick and you may require a dose of IV antibiotics versus an oral course. Good luck.
