Initial herpes?: You asked about this a few days ago. At that time, it seemed the diagnosis was uncertain. Has it been confirmed, e.g. positive test for HSV-1 from the nasal ulcers? Initial herpes can last 3 weeks, but should start to improve soon. Antiviral treatment should have been started immediately when HSV was suspected. Now probably too late to help, but it's harmless so maybe try it; ask your doctor.
