More details: We need to know what the actually blood count report is before even venturing a guess. By low stomach do you mean lower abdomen or the lower part of the stomach at the left above the level of the belly button? If the latter, then one needs to consider a bleeding ulcer. Was low blood vit B12 or iron count documented before you took the vitamin?
