Cavitation: Known as cavitation (popping, cracking) of a joint. As long as it is not painful, not to worry. As long as the joints do not become unstable, not to worry. Makes you interesting at parties (look what I can do...). Some people have joints that are more mobile than others. My daughter pops stuff all the time (neck, ribs, shoulders...) Not anything bad, just how you are made. No worries.
