Please repost: Not sure what you're asking. A symptom is what a patient experiences & tells the clinician. A sign is what the clinician finds on examination. You like the symptoms & signs to match up. That makes everything easier. You can have symptoms without signs ("I feel jittery") & vice versa, e.g. a heart murmur or elevated blood pressure. You need to rephrase your question so it makes sense.
