I have syncopy, i just had an episode. how ever before, i had a numbing feeling in my right side of my head. when i awoke the numbing was still there?

Hard to know: By syncope, do you mean complete and sudden loss of consciousness or just that you suddenly became very faint? Did anybody witness the event? Are you alone? Recommend discussing with your physician or call service tonight. A physician will need to know more about your history/medications etc to comment in any helpful way. That said, sudden loss of consciousness with aura may signify seizure.
