Inconclusive: This is a low positive or borderline ANA result. All it means is that you have some autoantibodies but not nec an autoimmune disease, especially if you have no classic symptoms of Lupus like cheek rash or joint disease etc. A FALSE positive result can be seen in about 20% of healthy people. Specific subtypes of ANA are more specific than others, such as the anti-dsDNA.
