Very unlikely: Obviously the poop would have to have contained something infectious that was resistant to drying. Ordinary poop will cause no problem. Your ordinary resistance will probably ward off anything that would be a problem. Simply wait it out and seek a doctor's attention only if you develop symptoms like a fever or vomiting, etc.
