Mitteleschmerz: Mittelscmerz pain is due to to ovulation and occurs about 2 weeks before your menstrual cycle. Since your last period was 10 years ago this is not a likely cause of your pain today. Pelvic pain is complex with many causes. A thorough evaluation is warranted.

Having some low back discomfort and some mittleschmerz right side. Have not had period in 10 yrs. Any ideas? No history of cancer in FAM.
My ovulation pain starts before my period ends and lasts up to five days. Is this normal?
Called my dr and she said to continue the pills. I thought the bleeding was stopping but it came back. Should I still take the pills or stop to have a regular period and start a new pack, so I can get back on a regular schedule.
