Left breast appears bigger than right side. pinching pain on left side with no lumps.

Anatomically normal: Breast size is always different from right to left normally unless infected. The pinching pain could be a ill fitting bra if the two cups are fitted for the smaller breast and the larger one is getting 'pinched". If that is not a concern, then have a MD examine them to confirm that there is or is not a problem.
