my period has been on for 9 days i have been eating a lemon and drinking water will this help my period go off?

No: I am not aware of any effect a lemon would have on menstrel cycles. Although a lot of things can cause a long cycle, if you have ruled out pregnancy, then it is usually a hormone imbalance, possibly from a temporary cyst on the ovary. Progesterone will often slow or stop a long cycle. This is a hormone in a prescription and in birth control pills.
