Dr. R. Wayne Inzer
Specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Ovary: Specific areas of pain with sex, deep penetration, can be vaginal wall, cervix, bladder, and even bowel, however the ovary is the most common, especially if a one time event. At ovulation time, depending on partner & ovary position, it may be painful and never happen again. A ovary cyst may last little longer. If it is recurrent or persistent, further eval. Sooner than later.
