Could be many things: Poor baby! So sorry she is ill! Fever, sore throat, headache and truncal rash could be several things. She definitely needs to be seen today for evaluation, and rapid strep testing. She could have strep throat with scarlatina rash. She could have mononucleosis. She could have influenza A or B or other viral illness. What contacts has she had with illness? Definitely get the strep test!
