Pregnancy unlikely: Pregnancy is very unlikely in normal women who take birth control pills at the same time each day (plus or minus an hour or two). For those women who can't stop worrying about pregnancy, they can buy a big box of pregnancy tests, and just do a test every 1-2 months if they are having sex with somebody. That way, there will be no chance they will accidentally miss a pregnancy.
