No need, why do it?: Nonoxynol-9 before sex is a spermicide contraceptive but not very effective; always use with condom. Repeated or frequent N9 can be harmful. Why egg whites or vinegar? What are you trying to treat? Douching (vaginal wash) with vinegar (or anything else) is not necessary for cleanliness, doesn't help health, often is harmful. Ignore family, friends and folklore about vaginal health; get MD advice.
