Vinegar ?: White vinegar will not remove trichomonas parasites, and without specific treatment (along with your partner and any other sexual contacts either partner has) the infection will not be cured. See your gyn provider for testing and treatment, and if there are other "contacts", make sure they are treated by their physicians as well.
