Pain & nausea: "attack" means a sudden onset of right upper abdominal pain, nausea, sometimes vomiting. Usually happens a few hours after eating, especially if greasy fried fatty foods. Pain usually resolves over a few hours. Usually caused by gallstones. Need to go to an er if pains & vomiting do not resolve.
