IBS -D: Irritable Bowel Syndrome...a benign bowel problem very common in young people can have three clinical pictures..predominantly Constipation, Diarrhea or a mixture of both. Ask your PCP (Primary Care Provider) about this Diagnosis since there a now specific medical treatments for these types! Hope this helps! Dr Z
