Vertigo?: It sounds like you are suffering from vertigo...a specific kind of dizziness caused by a problem in the semicircular canals - special tube-like structures inside the skull bones just inside the ears - which normally help us maintain our balance and sense of position. Occasionally, I can help a patient find relief using the Epley Maneuver, in which a series of position changes restore balance.

Imbalance w/ flexion: Likely sinusitis, sometimes lyme, or subclinical herpes(especially if you get lip sore), rare to be cardiac because of age and it is new, not chronic, very rarely brain lesion/MS. F/u with doc
