Blood in stools?: You mean the blood was in the stools as the stools came out or period blood got into the stool.It is more likely to be the blood from the periods.But if you see any blood in stools after your period is over then you need to consult your medical doctor.You will need to be checked and may need colonoscopy.But if you are sure it is from therectum,then consult your Doctor now

Not yet: unless it is still present after your period. Even then, hemorrhoid would be the 1st consideration. However with the presence of iron def anemia one will need to find out where the iron (blood loss ) is happening. The pain shooting down the leg should also be looked at as well for someone at age 31.
