See your doc ASAP: These symptoms may pass uneventfully or represent serious medical problems that need treatment. Causes may include circulation, sinus, inner ear, cerebro-vascular, cardio-vascular, brain stem , intoxication, or other. In other words, this could be a warning of a heart attack or stroke and needs urgent evaluation. Get going!

You need to be seen: YOu don't give your age or health, but something is wrong and you could not drive or even walk safely in this condition. Get someone to drive you to hospital. It doesn't necessarily mean anything serious, but it could; and present safety is the key reason you need a diagnosis and some treatment. Good luck!
