Had 2 tear ducts cauterized and didn't help so had all 4 done. now eyes r tearing nonstop. will tearing stop with time? tried claritin (loratadine) but no luck.

Too much done: Four duct cautery is often helpful for very dry eye, but can be too much for those who still have some tear production. Consider returning to doctor to try to reopen one on each side.
