Prob the pregnancy: Not uncommon for the Gravid Uterus to cause pains by placing pressure on all the abdominal contents: the gallbladder, pancreas, GI tract, stomach and liver. But you should consult your OBGYN doctor to look into this problem with a sonogram to make sure nothing else is going on.
