A member asked:

What to do if i need to increase my blood sugar level without insulin, any easy suggestions?

Why?: I am not sure where Insulin is involved in your question. Insulin decreases sugars. Your body naturally regulates your blood sugar level. There is no reason to try to increase it. If you think you have hypoglycemia, you need to be checked to see if your sugar is truly low, or whether you just have symptoms that could seem like a low sugar. True hypoglycemia is extremely rare.
