As you know,: there are MANY causes of bumps on the skin: eczema, cysts, warts, etc. Is is red? white? itchy? oozing? One thought is keratosis pilaris which results from an excess of keratin, a natural protein in the skin, accumulating within hair follicles. Exfoliation, intense moisturization, and maybe Retin-A or alpha hydroxy acids may help. Best: see Dermatologist for definite diagnosis. Good wishes:)

Watchful waiting: is probably the best thing to do at this point. If you have had this same condition before and it went away without treatment, then most likely it will go away on its own, and is nothing to be concerned about. If the bumps spread more or you develop other symptoms, then consider seeking further evaluation and treatment.
