Not a good idea: Using weed is not a good idea any time, let alone when you are taking medications. Being stoned is not good for your health, especially your brain.

No Known Reaction: There is no evidence of interaction between antibiotics and cannabis. Depending on your consumption of cannabis it can interfere with your body's ability to fight off infection. My advice would be to withhold cannabis use until the antibiotic course has finished which allows for optimal healing and recovery.
