Hello, i'm around 2dpo or 3dpo, fertilization might have ocurred 2dpo or 1dpo. i'm feeling a sharp abdominal pain, could it be implantation failure?

Sequence of events: First, nothing different happens in a woman's body 2-3 days post-ovulation. That means her body does whatever it does, regardless of whether or not her egg got fertilized (because her body does not know what happened). If there is no implantation of an embryo, then her body has a NORMAL MENSTRUAL PERIOD. Her body goes through a normal cycle if nothing implants (don't think of it as a failure).
