Need evaluation: Any unexplained vaginal bleeding after hysterectomy (I assume not post-op ) needs evaluation from MD. Even if there is no pain and light spotting you need to have precancerous conditions and cancer ruled out. A pelvic exam and pap smear can reveal abnormal cells. Labs can reveal hormone imbalance.If it is simple vaginal dryness your gyn can prescribe treatments like estrogen creams or lubricants

Needs exam: You need to see a doctor to have this evaluated. The source of bleeding needs to be identified. It could be from the bladder, urethra, vaginal or rectum. This is the first step.
