I'm taking nexium (esomeprazole) and bentyl (dicyclomine). i see a small rash/hives on forehead but nowhere else on body, no other signs. how likely is this allergy?

Unlikely: If the rash is localized it is more likely something you came in contact with. If the rash becomes more widespread or if you develop any swelling, particularly in your throat or have problems breathing, be assessed. If necessary call emergency transport. All the best.
