Breast pain: Breast pain can be related to hormonal changes, medications, weight changes, cysts, infections, poorly fitting bras, changes in exercise patterns and many others. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. It is not likely with an IUD. Heavier longer periods are common on the Copper IUD
