Cortisone injections: What u have had is the maximum u should have over the next 4-6 months . Although these don't usually affect your overall immunity , they can affect the local tissues . Also some people have some sensitivity to them which can affect hearing and vision . So work on getting going with an exercise program to strengthen and stretch your paraspinous muscles,
