Possibly related: It's a possibility. It's also possible you have a viral gastroenteritis. In any event, I wouldn't be overly concerned at this point. If the diarrhea is frequent OTC Imodium (loperamide) AD often helps. If the diarrhea is severe and doesn't respond limit oral intake to an ORS like Pedialyte and consult your physician.
