I just found 3 moldy sandwiches in my closet. we're there for months. always smelt weird. did me breathing in spores cause damage to me. been coughing?

Unlikely: Mold spores are in the air all the time. It trust that you discarded the moldy sandwiches. If you have concern, you may cleanse the closet with antiseptic wipes like Lysol. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
