It does NOT: Usually acne begins significant clearing during 3rd or 4th month on isotretinoin, sometimes sooner.Meanwhile acne is waxing and waning as it always does, especially for women. What birth control do you use? Some birth control makes acne worse. Spironolactone is usually the most effective acne therapy for women.It is usually free of side effects and is low cost. Not if pregnant or kidney failure.
