No interaction: There isn't an interaction of aspirin and vicodin. Vicodin is a combination of a narcotic (hydrocodone) and tylenol (acetaminophen). If you're taking low dose aspirin for some reason, it shouldn't be a problem to take vicodin. But I'd question why you're taking aspirin. It's not a great pain medication. If you're using aspirin for pain regularly, it's worth consulting a doc who knows pain meds.
