Better safe / sorry: If you have chest discomfort which lasts for more than a few minutes and is concerning to you, you should seek immediate medical attention. There are many causes of chest pain and some are not serious but others can be fatal so please get checked out right away.

Sounds like: he has two congenital issues..PES EXCAVATUM (the "dip" and SUPRANUMMARY NIPPLES..."extra nipples" BOTH CONDITIONS ARE HARMLESS! Chest pain is not normal and should be evaluated however perhaps this information will serve to decrease his ANXIETY!! I hope it helps! DR Z
