Unclear: This may well be an infection that is spread by scratching. This could be made worse as you scratch you can abrade the skin and then these are getting infected. You need to seek medical care and find out if this is infected and now have a cellulitis. If infected you will need effective antibiotics to treat this and prevent further infection. Cleansing these areas with antibacterial soap helps
