Too late to know: Most likely you weren't infected. However, it is possible you were and the aztirhomycin cured it. It's a little soon for the test to become negative, but possible. Unfortunately, no test can detect past gonorrhea, so no way to know for sure. But it really doesn't matter. If you don't have it now, it won't show up later. You can move on without worry. In the future, test before being treated.
