I had unprotected oral and took 3day 1500mg zpack and tested clap/gon 3days later and was neg. would this have cleared it? or did i never have it?

Too late to know: Most likely you weren't infected. However, it is possible you were and the aztirhomycin cured it. It's a little soon for the test to become negative, but possible. Unfortunately, no test can detect past gonorrhea, so no way to know for sure. But it really doesn't matter. If you don't have it now, it won't show up later. You can move on without worry. In the future, test before being treated.
