Wrong question: Do you mean kidney disease or something else???? This is not a symptom of kidney disease. Itching often accompanies severe kidney failure, defined primarily as very low GFR blood test. See a DR. Acne in adult women responds best to spironolactone but this should not be used if there is kidney failure. Itching is caused by many things, kidney failure one of the least common.
