Hard to tell: Yellow tongue is a nonspecific findings which may be associated with a viral infection. If you were given abx for a viral infection, then this may be part of the original problem. Abx can also lead to yeast infection and thus there is no definite answer to your question. See your doctor if this lasts more than 10 days.
