Preg chest pain: Would call you doctor or go to ER today-as soon as posssible. May be gastritis/GERD(try ranitidine/prevecid) ,gallbladder but could be more serious issues like clot , pericarditis( pain with breathing? ),appendicitis ( everything is displaced) even asthma ( unlikely if no history), but you need to be checked out chest pain in a pregnant individual is serious.
